2. Description of the service

Rashi Tantra is a software platform that computationally generates horoscope charts, astrological calculations, interpretive content, yogas, planetary analyses, daśā systems, compatibility assessments, transit analysis, and related astrological representations based on traditional and configurable astrological methodologies.

The Service is intended for informational, educational, spiritual, cultural, entertainment, and research purposes only.

3. No professional advice

Rashi Tantra does not provide medical advice, psychological advice, financial advice, legal advice, marriage counseling, mental health services, or emergency assistance.

Users must seek qualified professionals for such matters.

4. Astrological interpretation disclaimer

Astrology is interpretive in nature and is not an exact science.

Rashi Tantra represents a technical implementation and computational interpretation of ancient astrological texts, systems, traditions, and methodologies. Generated outputs may vary significantly depending on:

• Calculation methods
• Ayanāṃśa selection
• Regional traditions

5. User responsibility and assumption of risk

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rashi Tantra and its associated parties disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability guarantees, and error-free operation guarantees. Under no circumstances shall Rashi Tantra be liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service, reliance on astrological interpretations, technical interruptions, data loss, unauthorized access, incorrect calculations, or prediction inaccuracies.

7. Intellectual property

All application content, software, designs, branding, calculations, interfaces, databases, algorithms, reports, and generated materials are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reverse engineer the platform, copy or redistribute proprietary content, resell generated reports without permission, use the platform for unlawful activities, or attempt unauthorized system access. Ancient texts, traditional concepts, and public-domain astrological knowledge remain the property of their respective historical and cultural origins.

8. User accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, password security, and accuracy of provided information. Rashi Tantra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, fraud, unlawful conduct, or violation of these terms.

9. Availability of service

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. The platform may experience downtime, maintenance interruptions, computational errors, third-party dependency failures, infrastructure outages, and feature modifications. Features may be changed, discontinued, or updated at any time.
